Each summer The Navigators Collegiate Ministries provide multiple intensive summer growth initiatives called Summer Training Programs (STPs) in different regions of the country. The Upper Midwest Region of The Navigators offer the UMW STP. Participants live, work, have fun, and learn with other college students from campuses in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, & the UP for two weeks at Conference Point Center in Lake Geneva, WI.

What will I do at STP?
Seminary Course Intensive - receive top notch spiritual content and ministry training through Bible study prep and discussion, 1-2-1 discipleship, daily devotions & prayer time, scripture memory, and practical Bible teaching & workshops. It will feel a little bit like taking a semester-long seminary course in only two weeks.
Service Trip - We'll serve camp in the afternoons with housekeeping, basic maintenance, and property upkeep. Work will be done in teams, which will help it be fun!
Extended Navs Spring Break - no school, no homework, no exams. Time to focus on the Lord with like-minded friends in a way that you're not able to at college or back home. And did we mention fun? Explore Lake Geneva, hang out on the beach or in the water, late night games of Dutch Blitz or Killer Uno, a road trip with your besties - there are many possibilities for fun at the UMW STP!

Learn how to meet with Jesus through His Word and grow through: Bible studies, evangelistic outreaches, discipleship groups, ministry training, fellowship, and other activities designed to challenge and spur on participants' spiritual formation.
2. Community
Imagine starting your summer with 25+ other college students who want to grow in their relationships with God. You'll live, serve, and have fun together while developing deep friendships that will spur you on in your spiritual growth
3. Service
The UMW STP will serve Conference Point Center (CPC) in Lake Geneva, WI. CPC has a beautiful property on a hilled peninsula overlooking Lake Geneva and shaded by legacy oak trees. It hosts conferences for churches, youth groups, and more all year long. Participants will work for camp on weekday mornings to help offset program costs by doing basic maintenance, property upkeep, or housekeeping. Teamwork makes the dreamwork, and make the time fun!
4. Fun
Speaking of fun - UMW STP will be a blast! The 2 weeks will fly by, and you won't believe how much you're learning and growing while having fun! It might be the best 2 weeks of your summer! Kind of like an extended Nav spring break trip with your friends!
